  • Change or clean filters (EAC cleaning or 1” filter)
  • Inspect fan motor bearings and fan wheel
  • Lubricate motor bearings
  • Inspect electronic control board
  • Clean and inspect Thermo-Pile and couple
  • Clean front glass and inspect for proper seal
  • Inspect for code concerns with system
  • Check for visual leaks
  • Check panels for proper fitment
