Furnace Maintenance

The furnace remains a mainstay of modern heating. Depending on your model that furnace could have average to higher maintenance needs. When you work with us we ensure your furnace gets the ongoing and attention and care to properly heat your home.

Cost: Standard gas furnace cost is $209 plus tax – Annual Furnace Maintenance Plan is $189 plus tax and includes:

  • Clean and inspect cabinet
  • Clean burners and gas jets (Gas)
  • Clean and test heating elements (electric)
  • Clean & inspect spark igniter or HSI (gas)
  • Test limit switches and sensors
  • Check gas pressure & valve operation (gas)
  • Check Condensate pump and drain
  • Test all safety sensors and devices for proper operation
  • Change or clean filters (EAC cleaning or 1” filter)
  • Inspect fan motor bearings and fan wheel
  • Test fan and inducer motor capacitors
  • Lubricate motor bearings
  • Inspect electronic control board
  • Check return and supply ductwork plenums for leakage
  • Check for proper clearances around cabinet and venting
  • Test gas shut-off valve operation (gas)
  • Inspect for code concerns with system
  • Check for visual leaks
  • Test air temperature rise
  • Reset filter reminder and check thermostat batteries
  • Inspect relays, sequencers and contactors
  • Check panels for proper fitment
